1. Three-chamber autoinjector MULTIPEN HAD Tříkomorový autoinjektor MULTIPEN HAD
During years 2009 and 2010 the three-chamber autoinjector was developed and produced. This autoinjector enables one-shot application of HI-6 DMS (AChE reactivator), Atropine (anticholinergicum) and Diazepam (anticonvulsivum).
A three-chamber autoinjector MULTIPEN HAD is to be used as the immediate intramuscular application of antidote and other treatment agents against the consequences of type G and V nerve-paralytical poisoning.
A three-chamber autoinjector MULTIPEN HAD presents the world top product in its field. In January 2011 the company CHemProtect, a.s. obtained NSN 6505160066376.
2. Multifunctional decontamination agent used for detoxication of war poisoning matters and for desinfection of patogenic agents. The applicator is included
the project of the Ministry of Industry and Business in program TIP I, „Multifunctional decontamination agent used for detoxication of war poisoning matters and for desinfection of patogenic agents“, company CHemProtect, a.s. is in charge of development and production of the applicator. The project solution includes material selection which would ensure environmental resistance, then assembling and tests of functional samples. These tests include temperature stability tests. At the same time it arranges the test of whether the applicator can be produced as part of MOLDEX 3D program. This program sets strict criteria for prototype forms and based of these the 0 serie can be produced.
The development of CHemProtect, a.s. applicator solves the following directions:
- Applicator for polyfunctional decontamination agent which will enable not only human detoxication but also human desinfection and de-activation,
- applicator for sorbent (desprach) which will solve the problems with manipulation as part of IPB 80,
- both suggested types will have the size adjusted so that it is possible to fit them in a kit together with the autoinjector (for use in case of nerve agent poisoning).
3. Preparation of dipstick for organophosphate determination
As part of the project of the Ministry of Industry and Business in program TIP I, preparation of dipstick for organophosphate determination FR-TI1/541, company CHemProtect, a.s. solves it own stripe construction and the reaction transfer to an electric signal.
The main and practical goal of the project is in the metodology of new toxic organophosphate presence dipstick preparation as well as the dipstick prototype (category G-A according to MIB). Further on the reaction will be transfered to the electric signal with the evaluation of organophosphate presence.
4. Outline of antidote protection of human force against nerve paralytical agents (antidotes for first aid and for medical treatment)
Project „Outline of antidote protection of human force against nerve paralytical agents (antidotes for first aid and for medical treatment)“ is solved as part of public contract of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic
As a cooperating member, CHemProtect supervises the project and suggests the autoinjector construction. Further on CHemProtect arranges the final assembly of the universal autoinjector and provides the requested quantity for experimental activity which is supposed to verify the autoinjector functionality for establishment in the Army of the Czech Republic.
2011 Optimalization of acetylcholinesterase methoxime reactivator preparation – voucher of Hradec Králové region
The innovation voucher enabled company CHemProtect a.s. to realize methoxime optimalzation for the security units needs in case of tabun nerve paralytical poisoning of people. The innovation voucher fully confirmed good cooperation and coordination of research activities with KTOX department of FVZ UO Hradec Králové. This toxicological department has the permition to deal with protection means against CBRN threats in the Czech Republic and it has long-term experimental experience with this topic. The innovation voucher was a suitable opportunity to start further cooperation between a local company and an academic institution and thus transfering know-how into the commercial sector of Hradec Králové region.
